Instructions
- Combine the watermelon cubes and water in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing down to extract all the juice.
- Stir in the sugar (if using) and lime juice.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
