Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the black beans, black-eyed peas, corn, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until well blended.
