Description

A refreshing blend of ripe peaches and robust black tea, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups water
  • 4 black tea bags
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar (or to taste)
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the tea bags. Let steep for about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  4. Add the sliced peaches to the hot tea and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
  5. Strain the mixture to remove the peach slices.
  6. Chill the tea in the refrigerator.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For stronger peach flavor, let the peaches steep longer in the tea before straining. Adjust sweetness according to preference.
