- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 cup diced tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon chili powder

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Add chicken broth, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks, and stir in the lime juice and chopped cilantro.
