Ingredients

- 6 to 8 chicken legs
- 2 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp onion, minced fine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/3 cup water
- Garnish: green onion and sesame seeds
Instructions
- Season the chicken with minced onions and pepper.
- Pour the chicken broth into the slow cooker and place seasoned chicken on top.
- Mix together honey, garlic, and soy sauce; pour over the chicken.
- Set to low for 5-6 hours or until cooked through and tender.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker.
- Mix cornstarch and water, then stir into the sauce in the slow cooker.
- Return the chicken to the slow cooker and turn to high for 20 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Serve on a bed of rice and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
