- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 12 slider buns
- Butter for toasting buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the ranch and blue cheese dressings.
- Meanwhile, butter the slider buns and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
- Serve the buffalo chicken on the toasted buns and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
