Description

Spicy buffalo chicken sliders that are perfect for gatherings and easy to prepare in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • Butter for toasting buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and stir in the ranch and blue cheese dressings.
  5. Meanwhile, butter the slider buns and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
  6. Serve the buffalo chicken on the toasted buns and garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
