Description

Satisfy your cravings with these easy and delicious slow cooker Buffalo chicken sliders, featuring tender chicken in a spicy Buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 810 slider buns
  • Butter for toasting buns
  • Optional toppings: diced celery, blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Mix buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning in a bowl and pour over chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker using two forks.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
