- 1 (12-ounce) bottle Buffalo Chicken Wing sauce
- 2 cups very thinly sliced celery
- 1/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 package of 12 dinner rolls
Instructions
- Spray the slow cooker insert with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper as per your taste.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons of the buffalo wing sauce for later use.
- Pour the remaining buffalo sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Close the lid and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, allowing the chicken to become incredibly tender.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken and sauce from the cooker.
- Place the chicken on a cutting board and shred the meat using two forks, then transfer it into a medium bowl.
- Spoon some of the cooking sauce over the shredded chicken, tossing to combine well.
- Return the chicken to the slow cooker to keep warm.
- In a small bowl, mix the celery with ranch dressing and the reserved buffalo wing sauce for a tasty slaw.
- Warm the dinner rolls in the oven or microwave.
- Assemble your sliders by placing the shredded chicken on the rolls and topping each with some of the celery slaw. Serve immediately!
