Description

Delicious buffalo chicken sliders made effortlessly in a slow cooker, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (12-ounce) bottle Buffalo Chicken Wing sauce
  • 2 cups very thinly sliced celery
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 package of 12 dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker insert with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper as per your taste.
  3. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the buffalo wing sauce for later use.
  4. Pour the remaining buffalo sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  5. Close the lid and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, allowing the chicken to become incredibly tender.
  6. Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken and sauce from the cooker.
  7. Place the chicken on a cutting board and shred the meat using two forks, then transfer it into a medium bowl.
  8. Spoon some of the cooking sauce over the shredded chicken, tossing to combine well.
  9. Return the chicken to the slow cooker to keep warm.
  10. In a small bowl, mix the celery with ranch dressing and the reserved buffalo wing sauce for a tasty slaw.
  11. Warm the dinner rolls in the oven or microwave.
  12. Assemble your sliders by placing the shredded chicken on the rolls and topping each with some of the celery slaw. Serve immediately!
