- 16 ounces farfalle pasta
- 2 cups rotisserie chicken, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- ½ cup mayo
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup sweet relish
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and pour into a large bowl.
- Add in the chicken, celery, peas, and red onion with the pasta.
- Whisk together all of the dressing ingredients for the dressing. Pour over the pasta salad and toss well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
