Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and strawberry puree until smooth in another bowl.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the strawberry mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake filling onto the crust and spread it evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
- Serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh strawberry slices.
