Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, honey, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
