- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, honey, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl until combined.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
