Instructions
- Cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
- Combine the cooked macaroni, nata de coco, kaong, and cheese in a large bowl.
- Mix the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir until well coated.
