Description

These flavorful sliders combine buffalo sauce and tender chicken, perfect for game day or family gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1.52 pounds)
  • 3/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • ½ Cup Chicken Stock
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, cubed (plus 1 additional tablespoon for richness)
  • ½ Ranch Dressing Seasoning Packet (Equivalent to ½ ounce)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the liner of the Instant Pot and sprinkle the ranch seasoning on top.
  2. Add 4 tablespoons of cubed butter on top of the chicken breasts.
  3. Pour the chicken stock and buffalo sauce into the pot, then close the lid.
  4. Use the manual (pressure cook) button to set the time to 15 minutes on high pressure.
  5. After cooking, allow a 10-minute natural release, then carefully remove the lid.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the remaining tablespoon of butter.
  7. Let the chicken sit in the sauce for a couple of minutes before serving on buns with your favorite condiments.

Notes

Marinate chicken for added flavor and experiment with different buns for diversity.
