These flavorful sliders combine buffalo sauce and tender chicken, perfect for game day or family gatherings.

- 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 1.5 – 2 pounds)
- 3/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
- ½ Cup Chicken Stock
- 4 Tablespoons Butter, cubed (plus 1 additional tablespoon for richness)
- ½ Ranch Dressing Seasoning Packet (Equivalent to ½ ounce)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the liner of the Instant Pot and sprinkle the ranch seasoning on top.
- Add 4 tablespoons of cubed butter on top of the chicken breasts.
- Pour the chicken stock and buffalo sauce into the pot, then close the lid.
- Use the manual (pressure cook) button to set the time to 15 minutes on high pressure.
- After cooking, allow a 10-minute natural release, then carefully remove the lid.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and mix in the remaining tablespoon of butter.
- Let the chicken sit in the sauce for a couple of minutes before serving on buns with your favorite condiments.
Notes
Marinate chicken for added flavor and experiment with different buns for diversity.
