A refreshing blend of ripe strawberries, tart lemons, and mellow honey, perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 and 1/2 pounds (680g) fresh strawberries
- 6 cups (1.44L) cold water
- 3/4 cup (180ml) fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
- 1/2 cup (170g) honey
Instructions
- Rinse, hull, and halve the strawberries. Place them in a large blender.
- Pour 2 cups (480ml) of water, the lemon juice, and honey over the strawberries.
- Blend on high for at least 2 minutes or until smooth.
- Pour into a large pitcher and stir in the remaining water. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
- Serve over ice and enjoy.
Notes
Let the lemonade sit in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours to allow froth to settle before serving.
