Delicious and tender ground chicken meatballs baked in marinara sauce, perfect for family dinners or meal prep.

- 2 lbs ground chicken
- ½ cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Brush tops of meatballs with olive oil if desired for browning.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and are lightly browned.
- Spoon marinara sauce over meatballs before serving.
- Serve as desired, with pasta, rice, or in rolls for meatball subs.
Notes
For better flavor, use freshly minced garlic and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
