- 1 pound grilled chicken, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup Greek vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and allow to cool.
- Grill the chicken until cooked through, then dice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, feta cheese, and olives.
