Description

A vibrant and refreshing coleslaw featuring a crunchy blend of cabbages and carrots with a creamy dressing, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 head green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 head purple cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the green cabbage, purple cabbage, and grated carrots in a large bowl.
  2. Mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
  4. Let it sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
