Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by whisking together sour cream, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground cumin in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Combine drained sweet corn, black beans, Rotel tomatoes, diced bell pepper, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
