Instructions
- Combine cooked rice, chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return the shredded chicken to the crockpot.
