Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Tortillas
  • Optional toppings (sour cream, cheese, salsa)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the vegetables and chicken.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes (6-8 hours) or high for 180-240 minutes (3-4 hours).
