Ingredients

- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: croutons for topping
Instructions
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- Combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken breast, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. Toss gently to mix.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing and olive oil over the salad mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss again until well coated.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for up to an hour for a cooler option.

For best results, use fresh ingredients, and consider making your own Caesar dressing for added flavor.
