Ingredients

  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: croutons for topping

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, diced chicken breast, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. Toss gently to mix.
