Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Mix together the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.

- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.

Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken at the end, stir the sauce, and simmer briefly on the stovetop. Searing the chicken before adding to the crockpot can enhance flavor.
