- 1 package (9 oz) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken and marinara sauce in a slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Add the cheese tortellini and Italian seasoning.
- Cook on low for 240 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and mozzarella cheese during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes
Avoid adding the tortellini too early to prevent it from becoming mushy. Feel free to add chopped spinach or kale for extra nutrition.
