- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
- 1 cup creamy ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- Slider buns
- Optional toppings: avocado, cilantro, sliced jalapeƱos
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Pour the red enchilada sauce and ranch dressing over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine with the sauce.
- Serve the shredded chicken on slider buns and add optional toppings as desired.
Notes
For a spicier version, add chopped green chiles to the enchilada sauce.
