Ingredients

  • 12 oz. Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 tsp. ranch seasoning (powdered)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded buffalo chicken
  • Buffalo sauce for drizzling
  • 8 slices white American cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Warm shredded chicken lightly if necessary to ensure proper heating when baked.
  3. Mix together melted butter and ranch seasoning in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise while keeping them intact.
  5. Place the bottom buns into the pan and top with shredded buffalo chicken. Drizzle with buffalo sauce and layer on cheese.
  6. Cover with the top bun section and brush with the garlic butter mixture.
