- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup mini turkey pepperoni slices (or chopped turkey pepperoni)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or set your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Cut the tortillas into triangle-shaped chips using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife.
- Arrange the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet or in your air fryer basket.
- Brush each chip lightly with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a touch of salt over the chips.
- Top the chips with a light layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by mini turkey pepperoni and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
- Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes or air fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven/air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving with pizza sauce on the side.
