Description

Delightful crispy pizza chips bursting with flavor, perfect for gatherings and quick snacks.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas (or pita bread)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup mini turkey pepperoni slices (or chopped turkey pepperoni)
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) or set your air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  2. Cut the tortillas into triangle-shaped chips using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife.
  3. Arrange the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet or in your air fryer basket.
  4. Brush each chip lightly with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a touch of salt over the chips.
  6. Top the chips with a light layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by mini turkey pepperoni and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
  7. Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes or air fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven/air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving with pizza sauce on the side.
