- 2 cups of blistered cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet and add the blistered cherry tomatoes. Cook until they start to burst, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and grated parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Notes
Reserve a little pasta water before draining to loosen the sauce if it thickens too much. Add grated parmesan off heat for a glossy finish.
