- 1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce and shrimp until well coated.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
