- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

Instructions
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop cooking; set aside.
- Prepare the chicken: Season with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear until fully cooked. Allow it to rest before slicing into strips.
- Chop the lettuce: In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and set it aside.
- Mix the dressing: In a separate bowl, combine the Caesar dressing with a pinch of salt and pepper, adjusting according to taste.
- Combine all elements: In the large bowl with the lettuce, add the cooled pasta, grilled chicken, croutons, and dressing. Toss everything together until well coated.
- Top with cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the salad and give it one last gentle mix to distribute the flavor.
