Description

Delicious and flavorful sliders made with tender chicken, cream cheese, and savory spices, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • Slider buns
  • Sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add the chicken breasts to a slow cooker and sprinkle the ranch seasoning on top.
  2. Mix in the cream cheese and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours until cooked through.
  3. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir well with the cream cheese and seasoning.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and bacon bits.
  5. Serve the chicken mixture on slider buns and garnish with sliced green onions.

Notes
