Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can light red kidney beans (rinsed)
  • 1 can black beans (rinsed)
  • 1 can navy beans (rinsed)
  • 1/2 cup fresh diced roma tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red or white onion (diced)
  • 1 bell pepper (any color, diced)

Instructions

  1. Toss together the rinsed kidney beans, black beans, navy beans, diced tomatoes, onion, bell peppers, corn, and shredded carrot in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the mixture and drizzle with oil and vinegar to taste. Mix thoroughly to ensure everything is well-coated.

Notes

Let the dip sit for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving to help the flavors meld beautifully together.
