Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to pie crust package instructions and bake the pie crust until golden brown. Let cool completely before filling.
- Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and butter. Allow to cool slightly before using.
- Arrange strawberries in the cooled pie crust and pour the glaze over, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving. Top with whipped cream.
