Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to pie crust package instructions and bake the pie crust until golden brown. Let cool completely before filling.
  2. Combine sugar, cornstarch, and water in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and butter. Allow to cool slightly before using.
  4. Arrange strawberries in the cooled pie crust and pour the glaze over, ensuring they are well-coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before serving. Top with whipped cream.
