Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 16 ounces coleslaw mix (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add the milk and white vinegar. Set aside to thicken for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper, and thickened milk in a large bowl.
  3. Add the coleslaw mix and minced onion, then stir until everything is well combined.
