Description

Delicious chicken tacos topped with crisp slaw and zesty spicy mayo, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 56 chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Valentina Hot Sauce
  • Coleslaw
  • Corn tortillas

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts, salsa, salt, and pepper inside a slow cooker.
  2. Set the slow cooker to high and cook for 240-300 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Transfer the cooked chicken to a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Sprinkle the chicken with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt; mix well.
  6. Bake the chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Mix together your coleslaw and spicy mayo sauce.
  8. Assemble your tacos by layering the tortilla, chicken, coleslaw, and spicy mayo.
