- 5–6 chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Valentina Hot Sauce
- Coleslaw
- Corn tortillas
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts, salsa, salt, and pepper inside a slow cooker.
- Set the slow cooker to high and cook for 240-300 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle the chicken with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt; mix well.
- Bake the chicken in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix together your coleslaw and spicy mayo sauce.
- Assemble your tacos by layering the tortilla, chicken, coleslaw, and spicy mayo.
