Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain it, and allow it to cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and shredded lettuce.
