Description
A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake that brings warmth and joy to every gathering without the hassle of baking.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream (cold)
- 1 cup canned pie filling (topping of choice)
Instructions
- Stir graham cracker crumbs and melted butter together until moistened. Press mixture into an 8 or 9-inch glass pie plate and refrigerate to set the crust.
- Mix softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth, scraping sides to eliminate lumps. Add vanilla extract and mix again.
- Add the cold heavy cream gradually, letting it whip into the cream cheese mixture after each addition. Whip for 1 minute until thick and light.
- Pour the cheesecake filling into the prepared pie shell, smoothing the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to overnight to set.
- Serve by cutting into slices and topping each piece with pie filling or whipped cream if desired.
