Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, and Jiffy corn muffin mix.
  3. Mix until well combined. If desired, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
