- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream-style corn, whole kernel corn, sour cream, melted butter, and Jiffy corn muffin mix.
- Mix until well combined. If desired, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
