Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a crockpot, layering them evenly.
- Add the minced garlic directly on top of the chicken breasts for infusion of flavor.
- Pour the buffalo sauce over everything, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
- Set the crockpot to cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
- After cooking, shred the chicken using two forks and mix well with the buffalo sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by piling the buffalo chicken onto sandwich rolls, then top with shredded mozzarella, green onions, coleslaw, and dressing.
