Flavorful sliders filled with tender, spicy buffalo chicken, topped with cooling ranch dressing and crunchy coleslaw – perfect for game day or any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4–6 chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3–4 green onions (chopped)
- Coleslaw (for serving)
- Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
- Sandwich rolls
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a crockpot, layering them evenly.
- Add the minced garlic directly on top of the chicken breasts.
- Pour the buffalo sauce over everything, ensuring the chicken is well coated.
- Set the crockpot to cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easy to shred.
- After cooking, shred the chicken using two forks and mix well with the buffalo sauce.
- Assemble the sliders by piling the buffalo chicken onto sandwich rolls, then top with shredded mozzarella, green onions, coleslaw, and dressing.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding vinegar or cayenne to the buffalo sauce. To make sliders extra cheesy, broil the assembled sliders until the cheese is bubbly.
