Description

A creamy and flavorful pasta bake featuring Boursin cheese, fresh spinach, and a blend of cheeses, perfect for family gatherings and comforting meals.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 1 cup Boursin cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Heat a splash of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add fresh spinach and sundried tomatoes; cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta, Boursin cheese, heavy cream, and the sautéed mixture in a large bowl.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

You can swap out Boursin cheese for other creamy herb cheeses. This dish can also be prepared in advance and stored for convenience.
