Description

Juicy and flavorful marinated grilled chicken thighs, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag.
  2. Squeeze out excess air and zip closed.
  3. Marinate for a minimum of 1 hour in the refrigerator; overnight is preferred.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  6. Place marinated chicken on the grill.
  7. Cook for 4-6 minutes, flip, and then grill other side for another 4-6 minutes or until fully cooked.
  8. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Marinating overnight will yield better flavor. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165°F.
