Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a gallon ziploc bag.
- Squeeze out excess air and zip closed.
- Marinate for a minimum of 1 hour in the refrigerator; overnight is preferred.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Place marinated chicken on the grill.
- Cook for 4-6 minutes, flip, and then grill other side for another 4-6 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Rest the chicken for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Marinating overnight will yield better flavor. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165°F.
