- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions
- Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil or cooking spray.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Layer the BBQ chicken and shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over to cover the filling and cook until golden brown on one side.
- Carefully flip it over and cook until the cheese is melted and the other side is golden brown.
