- 16 ounces coleslaw mix

Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, honey, dried mustard, poppy seeds, and salt and pepper in a small bowl. Cover and chill.
- Add coleslaw mix, julienned apples, sliced scallions, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds to a large bowl.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Notes
For a vegan version, substitute the mayonnaise and sour cream with vegan alternatives. Add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor if desired.
