Instructions
- Spray the inside of a small crock pot with cooking spray for easier cleanup.

- Slice butter into pats then arrange on top of the seasoned chicken.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 300-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes.
- If time allows, turn off the heat and let the chicken rest, covered, for 30-45 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
- Using two forks, shred the chicken, then serve with taco shells and your favorite toppings.
