- 1½ lbs Chicken Wings
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ½ tsp Garlic Powder
- 1½ tbsp Baking Powder
- 1½ tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 3 tbsp Butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels.
- Combine sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the wings, tossing to coat evenly.
- Arrange the wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a cooling rack.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- Mix all ingredients for the lemon pepper sauce in a microwave-safe bowl, then microwave until melted.
- Toss the hot wings in the sauce until fully coated, serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional lemon pepper seasoning before serving. Serve with coleslaw or fries.
