Description

These wet lemon pepper wings bring the zest of citrus and a hint of spice, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • lbs Chicken Wings
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1½ tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1½ tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels.
  2. Combine sea salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and baking powder in a small bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the mixture over the wings, tossing to coat evenly.
  4. Arrange the wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet or a cooling rack.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 20-25 minutes until crispy.
  6. Mix all ingredients for the lemon pepper sauce in a microwave-safe bowl, then microwave until melted.
  7. Toss the hot wings in the sauce until fully coated, serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional lemon pepper seasoning before serving. Serve with coleslaw or fries.
