- 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or your favorite)
- ½ cup heavy cream or half-and-half

Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker; sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken, then add the grated Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, and minced garlic.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken becomes tender and easily shreds apart.
- Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken right in the pot, incorporating it into the creamy sauce.
- In a separate pot, cook your pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Pour the pasta into the slow cooker, add heavy cream, and stir until everything is well combined and coated in the sauce.
