Description

Delightful cookies filled with a mix of white and dark chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, and mini chocolate chip cookies, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chip cookies
  • Blue food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. If you want that fun color, add blue food coloring here.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined—do not overmix.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, and mini chocolate chip cookies gently.
  7. Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden and the centers are set but still soft.
  9. Allow cooling on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Chill the dough for 30 minutes to enhance flavor and prevent spreading during baking.
