- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped cranberries, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet and roll it out slightly to create a rectangular shape.
- Spread the turkey and cranberry mixture evenly over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
- Starting from the long side, tightly roll up the puff pastry, enclosing the filling. Pinch the seam to seal.
- Cut the roll into 1-inch thick slices and place them seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is cooked through.
