Delicious turkey cranberry brie panini brings together juicy turkey, rich brie, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce in a crispy sandwich. Perfect for holiday gatherings or cozy dinners.

- 8 slices ciabatta, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 8 ounces brie, thinly sliced
- 1 cup prepared cranberry sauce
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
- 8 thin slices turkey
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Spread a thin layer of softened butter on one side of each slice of ciabatta.
- Add 2 slices of turkey, followed by 2 ounces of brie, thin apple slices, and cranberry sauce on each slice of bread.
- Top with the remaining slices of ciabatta, buttered side facing out and press down gently.
- Grill on a medium heat pan, cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Alternatively, use a panini press and cook each sandwich for about 3-4 minutes.
- Prepare cranberry sauce by boiling fresh cranberries, sugar, water, cinnamon sticks, and orange zest, simmering until cranberries burst for 10-15 minutes. Remove cinnamon sticks before serving.
Notes
For a variation, use plant-based cream cheese and grilled veggies for a vegan option. Avoid burning by monitoring cooking times closely.
