Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili paste
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and chili paste in a bowl.
- Add diced chicken and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- Fry the marinated chicken in small batches until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate longer if possible. Adjust heat by modifying chili paste amount.
