Description

Delicious Thai chicken bites with a crispy exterior and juicy center, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix soy sauce, fish sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and chili paste in a bowl.
  2. Add diced chicken and mix well to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
  4. Fry the marinated chicken in small batches until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot as an appetizer or snack.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate longer if possible. Adjust heat by modifying chili paste amount.
